I Got Scammed.

I got into network marketing to make some extra cash by selling makeup and skincare and YES, I got scammed.

No one told me that I would also be learning about personal development that would help me be a better friend, wife, sister, daughter, and mother.

No one told me I would be learning leadership skills on the job, by stepping into helping people succeed- people who weren’t being paid to listen to me.

No one told me that half of my job would be to believe in people more than they, or their “support” system, believed in them.

AND No one told me I would be able to move out of my parents house (with my family of 5) when they saved us after a foreclosure…

that we would be able to build our own house from the ground up…

that we could put my kids through college without taking out a single student loan…

that I could one day hire close friends and family to help me in my business…

that I could retire my husband…

and inspire thousands of others to take a chance on themselves.

So I get it. I get the reason why people want to yell that network marketing is a scam. It isn’t always what you expect. Sometimes it can be so much better.
